Our Hours

Appointment times vary on availabilty and the reason of appointment.

Vaccine appointments are booked for 15 minutes, a health exam (illness) is booked for 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, emergencies can happen.  In the event an emergency happens during regular hours, please call us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accomodate you.

When calling the day of an emergency or sudden ailment that should be examined, it is handled by the first doctor available to address the emergency promptly.

If you have an emergency after hours, please call Nurse's Registry at 623-7451 and they will put you in contact with the veterinarian on call.  We share an on call rotation with Highview and Meadows Animal Clinics.

The clinic is open before and after the doctor's appointments for surgery arrivals/discharges, medication pick up/refills, food and product purchases, general inquires and bookings. We will notify those who call at these times experiencing an emergency to prompty call nurses registry.

Our veterinarians work a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.

When calling in advance for an appointment, we are more likely to accommodate you with your doctor and day or time of choice.

Surgery dates are based on the doctors scheduled surgery days, and their rotation.
